We couldn't be more excited to announce Market Square is set to become home to Australia's first ever Treehouse Hotel!
It will have 248 rooms, a restaurant and bar, 230+ square metres of wellness facilities, and 500+ square metres of event space.
Following ICD Property's successful signing with SH Hotel & Resorts, the playful and fun brand will occupy the precinct's 248-room hotel bringing a lively ambience to Market Square that caters for tourists near and far, positioning Adelaide as the ultimate must visit destination in Australia.
The Adelaide Central Market has long been part of the state's cultural fabric - a place where the city wakes up, comes together, scours the shelves for the freshest produce and returns again and again.
Now, its biggest evolution in more than 150 years is taking shape next door.
And at the heart of the $400 million Market Square redevelopment is a hotel unlike anything Adelaide has seen.
Construction is underway now, with completion expected in late 2026.
